Who Are We?

Crossway Worship Service

Crossway is a collaboration of the Calvary Chinese Christian Church (CCCC) and the Milton Keynes Chinese Christian Church (MKCCC) - a Sunday Service for our English-speaking church members.  In pooling our resources - and by God’s grace - we aim to build a stronger worship ministry to serve our community.

Both churches consist of non-denominational Christians and friends from different age groups, and working and social backgrounds. We believe in the Holy Bible as the Word of God - the authority and guide to our lives and faith.

You are welcome to join us as we worship God, fellowship with one another, and discover God's wonderful plan for our lives.

For more information about MKCCC and CCCC, please visit their websites at www.mkccc.org.uk and www.calvaryccc.org.uk

Format of the Service

All Sunday School-aged children will join the beginning of the worship service.  After taking up the offering, they will be dismissed to their respective Sunday School classes.  The worship service finishes at the latest by 4:30 p.m.  A typical run-down of the Service is as follows:

* Welcome & call to worship

* Worship singing & prayer

* Offering

* Dismissal of children to Sunday School

* Testimony

* Introduction of speaker

* Reading of sermon text

* Sermon

* Response hymn

* Holy communion (every third Sunday)

* Announcements

* Corporate prayer

* Benediction/Closing prayer

Speakers

We are blessed with the support of COCM (Chinese Overseas Christian Mission), MKBT, HopeMK, Footsteps Training and other local churches and Christian organisations, whose ministers and representatives come regularly to share God’s Word with us.

"May the Lord repay you for what you have done. May you be richly rewarded by the Lord, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to take refuge.” (Ruth 2:12)
